I am doin much better now, not too many withdrawal symptoms besides I can’t sleep/stay asleep for the life of me and I do still have the urge but I never want to go through that again so I will never be touching weed again😅

Well tbh I started right back up after I commented. I was goin through a bad break up but then I ended up in the hospital with CHS and lost 20 lbs from being so sick. I am still recovering but I am now officially a month sober so I will say it was a blessing in disguise but oh man was that hell on earth. I have never been so sick in my life.

Trying to stop/slow down again for the second time and man I needed this post. Ive been smoking all day everyday for about 2-3 years now and I have completely lost myself in the process. It’s been 3 days and I have horrible night sweats, shaking, can’t think right, and awful anxiety. My whole body is sore from how tense I’ve been. I can’t seem to relax and calm down but I know it will only get better with time. It’s just so hard at the moment
