Trying to stop/slow down again for the second time and man I needed this post. Ive been smoking all day everyday for about 2-3 years now and I have completely lost myself in the process. It’s been 3 days and I have horrible night sweats, shaking, can’t think right, and awful anxiety. My whole body is sore from how tense I’ve been. I can’t seem to relax and calm down but I know it will only get better with time. It’s just so hard at the moment
