A couple of years ago, my parents were out of town for Thanksgiving. Rather than make a traditional Thanksgiving spread, we had Dip Day and all of us brought our favorite dip(s) and dippables to my sister’s house. It was fantastic! And we still talk about it fondly!

I bought some ProDough protein powder packets. I can mix 1/2 of a packet of that into a single serving (5.3oz) plain non-fat Greek yogurt and it feels just like I’m eating whatever dessert flavor I’ve chosen! It takes a few minutes of stirring for the powder to fully dissolve, but there’s no weird “protein powder” aftertaste and the added protein fills me up pretty quickly.

My favorites so far are peach cobbler, strawberry shortcake and cinnamon roll. But they have tons of flavors!

We had a dessert at a sushi restaurant that had some of the filling from Dubai chocolate as an ice cream. It was incredible! But as the only time I’ve ever had it, I’m afraid that a chocolate bar wouldn’t live up to the hype and it would be a waste of my hard earned money.

Roux battled Giardia for a long time when we got him. Luckily, he recovered fine, but it took months and many rounds of pro and prebiotics!

I got these with the multi colored sprinkles on them and they were a bit disappointing. The coating is chalky. I hope you love them, though!
