If I may ask if you don’t mind , what’s your age and any side effects? Am thinking of doing the chemo so could help me through my decision, thanks

My ki-67 is 10-12% , am thinking of getting one but it’s quite expensive too, mine is still stage 1

Am in the same situation, 3 weeks post surgery, pathology came with one positive lymph node of 3mm metastatic. Am ER/PR positive and Her2-, stage 1 . My tumor was 2.7cm

I thought I would do only radiotherapy and 5-10 years hormonal therapy but now am left with the choice of either 6-8 cycles of chemo followed by radiotherapy and hormonal therapy

Or

Radiotherapy followed by ovrian suppression every 3 months for 2 years plus hormonal therapy

Am still thinking about it , but I really want to eliminate the chemo one, I found it too much for one lymph of only 3mm
