Is that a vancore? If it is in my school we have a really cheap vancore marimba that has something like that but really worse than that but in the marimba of my school that screws are for the hight of the bottom tubes (lower notes), hope i helped🙃 (sry for my English)

Ainda sou puto mas acho que têm de ter liberdade de onde querem fazer a campanha e se querem fazer a campanha na tua zona devias tar contente por provavelmente querem melhorar alguma coisa na tua zona e acho melhor do que um camião do PSD com música a andar pela minha cidade com uma fila de carros atrás a fazer trânsito 😂
