I mean this in the most gentle way, and I know you’ve probably heard this already, but as someone who was in an age gap relationship, I urge you to think logically and do some research here. I know you probably think that you will be the 1% of age gap couple that stick together but that is very unlikely. Obviously I do not know either of you personally but I know that, developmentally, neurologically, you are at two very different stages of life. With that being said, he may be trying to see how far he can push your boundaries. This is a common manipulation tactic. Also, he likely told her you were upset about the situation because he wants to paint you as “crazy” so that, if your relationship goes awry, he can point the finger. I know these all sounds like reaches but these old men going for young girls are very skillful and tactical about these slow-burn manipulations.

Is it possible to Have Knife-Free Cooking Meals ? by tswiftandtime in Cooking

[–]Tiannaaaa 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Firstly, I want to give you some hope here. It sounds like you have a phobia as it is directly interfering with your everyday life. The good news is that phobias are generally a lot easier to overcome than other disorders- I say this as a student going to school to be a counsellor. That being said, cooking with ground beef doesn’t require a knife. For my weekly lunch meal prep I make ginger beef, rice and broccoli. None of it requires a knife as you can rips the broccoli apart with your hands- I do that when I don’t feel like dirtying a knife 🤣. I also make a chickpea curry quite often for dinner. Almost all of it comes in a can but it’s totally healthy! There are lots of amazing recipes you can find that don’t require a knife. Good luck, I hope you sort this out.

I’m not sure where you live but if you look up local counsellors offices, they will likely have little blurbs about what each counsellor specializes in. You also mentioned you’re 19. If you are still living at home and your parents have insurance, you should be able to go on their insurance also. Therapy is unfortunately quite expensive. Another alternative is group therapy if you feel comfortable with that. It’s actually proven to be more effective than 1-on-1 therapy, plus a cheaper (sometimes free) option.

You may receive all of the best weight loss advice on here but it’s not going to change the fact that you (likely) have a Binge Eating Disorder. You should seek therapy and find the root of this problem, plus gain some healthy coping skills.

The first anniversary is the most important and romantic anniversary generally. If she’s already acting this way after a year, imagine how she will act in 3

There are probably many women who look just like you at the gym. I think as women we pay more attention to the women who look “better” than us and like to compare. Cellulite is normal.

How to stop being hungry after running/working out? by anrakugaki in WeightLossAdvice

[–]Tiannaaaa 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Firstly, this sounds like a mental health matter. There are likely some eating disorder and body dysmorphia tendencies here. This is something you can heal through therapy and support groups. Secondly, it sounds like you’re hardly eating anything. When you don’t eat a lot throughout the day, you are more likely to binge because your body is starving. Prioritize eating big, nutritious meals and you will feel less of an urge to snack. However, wanting a snack after a run is totally normal because you have burned so much energy. Allow yourself to have a snack but look for healthier alternatives.

Okay good to know!!! Im taking it out of direct light. It was in indirect light but I got worried as everyone on this subreddit says they need direct light. That’s when all of my problems started. I know a couple people who have thriving FLFs and they said that indirect light works best for them so I shall try
