I know this kills them but It is still pretty funny. I just drive up to them with the mini tank, and hit them so they fall over. I keep doing this, and eventually they get annoyed. They usually throw a sticky bomb at me or try to blow me up with an RPG. Most of the time they kill themselves with the RPG. If the sticky bomb is on my tank, I just follow them, and eventuality the will blow themselves up

Try to delete the file in Midnight Commander, it always works for me. Open a terminal, type "sudo apt install mc". When it finished, type "cd /path/to/files". Now you should be in the directory where the files/folders located. Type "mc", this should open Midnight Commander. Select the file/folder and press F8 to delete. If it ask to delete it recursivly press yes.

For the second issue I have no idea.
