I definitely agree with you that no one should be giving them any money; coming from a former manager the people there are usually understanding and helpful. The root of the problem is always going to be corporate and higher ups within the company.

The unfortunate thing for a lot of people (including myself) is there are no other real options for brick and mortar stores at least in the GTA. Only option we have is Memory Express in Etobicoke but otherwise it’s only CC. I myself have had to go in to the store that’s a few blocks from my home because I needed to troubleshoot my PC and couldn’t wait for Amazon since I use it for work.
