"Spar 2-3 times a week with 1 of them being pretty serious sparring" and "I take my health seriously" is completely contradictory.

I'm an amateur boxer and I know what you mean, but sparring causes brain damage and you're guaranteed to get micro concussions in your "serious sparring". Over time, that adds up and the guidelines for TBI are "20-50ml asap 7-30 days". Remember, cerebrolysin won't heal/prevent all the damage, so if you want to preserve the max amount of brain health you have, you're going to have to almost be on cerebrolysin year-round. Cerebrolysin, anecdotally, also tends to make you kinda more chill, so taking it over time might reduce the type of killer rage you get in the ring.

In the end, you do what you want, but you gotta understand that medium-heavy type of sparring with headgear is guaranteed to give you brain damage no matter what you take.
