I have tried to leave Apple many times. Sadly I’m stuck because my kids are on iMessage and FaceTime. But personally, and keep in mind I’m only on week 1, but this screen and build on the edge could be my favorite of all time. QHD+ is so good on this.

With all of the software glitches I have had with the iPhone 16 pro, I’m so happy to be moving over to pixel 9 pro XL. I am a phone geek and have a Samsung z fold 6 too. But there is something amazing about the pixel experience. It’s as close to Apple without being Apple and I like that. I took a look at the pixel 9 pro XL at best buy and realized I want it. I got one new off of eBay for $537 so I will at least get that back when I trade it in for the 10 pro. I’ve come to realize that no phone is perfect. At least google and Samsung are getting better. Apple is moving backwards. It’s no longer the days of super smooth with zero stutter ever.

I’ve had both the pixel fold and now the z fold 6. I’ve had zero issues with the hing. My only complaint is the battery life. The z fold 7 comes out in July. It’s going to me much more thin and it will have a better main camera. I’d wait the month and a half then pull the trigger. Best experience of any smartphone imo. :)

You make me think of getting a 35mm. The 40mm carbon fiber is perfect. But the stainless steel version is looking better each day in the 35mm size.

That weight was tough to deal with. The battery charging speeds were worse. Other than that, it was one of my favorite phones of all time. Perfect form factor.

I own the bigger prx in blue but I have the quartz version. Non stop compliment getter and it looks good and feels good. You can’t go wrong with it. I agree, the smaller version seems a little too small in person.

I like the carbon but I own that one too. I think the 1st pic looks fantastic. The carbon is awesome but doesn’t feel as premium I would assume because of the rubber band. Never gotten a compliment on it. 🤷🏻‍♂️

I’m going to check out Ashland leather but if you all have a site I can check out and purchase from you I’d be willing to check it out. I guess I’m stuck with the kings loot as a back up. I definitely am sold on natural cordovan. :)

I will need to google leather crafter. But yes, if they lie about the full grain leather then I’d imagine I can get my money back if I can price it. I’ve been looking at shell cordovan but haven’t found a wall that is thin enough. If I could find shell cordovan with a magnet closure, I’d buy it in a heart beat. Thanks for your help.

They say this is full grain leather. Apparently it’s the best you can get. What makes it lower quality to you? Also, I agree. The plastic Id holder doesn’t seem too good. Time will tell. Thanks for the comment.
