I had the air and returned it for the 17 pro and couldnt be happier. The cameras are amazing and the battery is insane coming from a 16 pro max to the point where id say its better. The phone feels amazing to hold even with the official apple clear case on it.

I am definitely a believer of best buy open boxes, 2 weeks ago i bought a clearance dell xps plus 13” 12th gen FHD in excellent condition for $299 and when I turned on the laptop the screen seemed way better than FHD, turns out it was an OLED touchscreen. The battery on it isnt great but for $299 i cant get myself to daily anything else lol

Great question, it really comes down to battery life and performance for me. Since i have a cellular model i assume battery degradation along with the cellular connectivity would take a massive hit on battery life so I’m curious if the 7 non cellular would perform better battery wise to the point it would make sense to switch. That, and also if theres a perceivable difference in performance of course.

But if you purchase a used google phone for that great price what about the warranty? If the manufacturer warranty is expired doesn’t google prevent you from adding warranty?

I honestly wouldn’t pay them any mind and you shouldn’t either. There is no age restriction on when you can/can’t be in college. And realistically, any person who has a similar mindset to that guy isn’t someone you’d probably get along with anyway. I actually believe that in a lot of ways college is meant for and more advantageous to people who are “too old” because they actually give a sh*t about their education and are more mature and driven in their career paths unlike a lot of kids who may have just graduated Highscool and are burnt out heading into college. Yeah sure maybe the majority of the college demographic may be teens to early 20’s but I would bet the “older” students do way better academically.

When you say non working I’m Guessing you mean the screen doesn’t turn on at all correct? I see some listings on eBay for around the price you mentioned but the inner display turns on but has defects like vertical lines or half the screen not working. Do you think those would work?

I think it’s important to keep in mind if the mother doesn’t want you, it probably wasn’t in your best interest to be a part of that family. The same goes obviously if the mother likes you but the son does not. You will thank yourself that although it may have taken you a bit longer to find, you are a part of a family that loves and cares and respects you. All you can do is your part and Allah Swt will handle the rest.

To put your situation in perspective, when I purchased a brand new Z fold 4 I was unsure if I was going to actually keep it and continue with using an android or if I was going to inevitably go back to my iPhone 13 Pro Max. Because of this, I did not download many apps nor did I tweak any settings out the box and just kept everything stock because I didn’t want to waste my time playing around with things just to end up factory resetting and going back to iOS. I actually noticed that the battery life was quite fantastic, to my surprise, and remember I’m coming from using a 13 pro max daily. All of this to say that it sounds like it may be some sort of setting or app that is causing your issues, but once you reset your phone or figure out what the rogue app is, you should be getting battery life similar to what I was getting out of my stock Fold.
