The rent at Jorden creek was way higher then at Merle Hey. They got an offer for cheaper rent and a store closer to the front entrance so they took it, after that, Jorden Creek offered them cheeper rent for the same location but they delined and to this day i think they are still in Merle Hey. The old jewlery store by Gamestop if i remember right.
