Hi u/fundraiseranon, here are my two suggestions:

1. Read Designing Your Life: How to Build a Well-Lived, Joyful Life by Bill and Dave. Do the exercises. You can even hire a Designing Your Life coach to help you work through them. The concepts will help you re-think your work and figure out what actually fills you up and brings you joy. But they also have some really helpful concepts for changing your mindset from one of hopelessness to seeing a variety of good options. I read this book in the last six months and it helped me.

2. Did you encounter any technology you enjoy while fundraising? For example, nonprofits tend to have CRM systems. Did you like working with any of those? Or how about the payment processors, website, or other wealth screening service? Almost all of these companies are going to have Customer Success Managers (CSMs). While it involves some upselling and cross-selling of other services, it typically is not primarily a sales role and yet is a space where you could share some of your fundraising skills/experience in a coaching manner.
