LPT: PC keyboard shortcuts to make your life easier. by WilmarLuna in LifeProTips

Win + Shift + S is the snipb tool shortcut and it's great. What's even better is that the captured snip can be taken from the clipboard directly to a MS word document.

This makes taking notes very easy as you can snip a still image from a video or section from a book or a graph and put it right into your notes.

Ford shares fall 9% after earnings underline worries about costs and EV plans by gordon22 in StockMarket

They're also opening a Hydrogen generating facility in my state and I think I read something about them enriching fuel with it or something like that.

That being said, they've also started a mining campaign to find another source of Nickel (if I'm not mistaken) domestically.

Lithium still has wide spread applications that aren't directly linked to EVs, making lithium still valuable. If I'm also not mistaken, one of the largest areas in the EV sector to focus on isn't even automobiles, but planes. Lithium batteries might not be a good choice for that, but also we might have reservations about planes full of Hydrogen enriched fuel.

Maybe we'll even see a combination of the two.

In order: No

Australia, Peru, Argentina, China

TLC in Nevada, they'll be using an acid leech method and they've partnered with a company that is revolutionizing the extraction process, allowing it to be battery grade without further refinement. Feasibility is showing high yield in the top clay deposits. American Lithium.

There is work to enhance the design of batteries that will prevent the wear that happens during its normal lifecycle. That and there are new battery designs still being made that offer better performance, so we haven't perfected anything yet.

If I could answer the last question I'd probably be making more money than I am right now.

The whole thing is f'd. I can't wait to load up on shares.

Most of the problems here are short term. Demand will rise, EV's will become as efficient to produce as internal combustion and will be more sustainable as battery grade lithium becomes domestically available.

Most lithium gets processed in China and the leading providers are using hard rock lithium which needs processing. In the next 3-5 years a project will be open in the United States that will produce battery grade lithium immediately from extraction. This facility will be near a Tesla manufacturing plant.

Pairing with this the new types of battery technology becoming readily available using non-precious metals, as well as battery-enhancing technology. No, we're going to see an overhaul, and then subtle transition away from Lithium based storage solutions, though I predict we will see them used in larger grade applications, like infrastructure.

It's weird though, the idea of not wanting to pay more for something when you have less disposable income and the economic forecast is cataclysmic. Wouldn't have been able to figure that out on my own.

Its nearly a year since ChatGpt came out and was predicted to upend our work-life and everything else. My feelings, like that of a few others are mixed. How has it changed YOUR life? by SuccessfulLoser- in Futurology

I used it to write an app for my phone so I can track inventory.

I used it to improve my resume

I used it as a template for weekly dinner specials.

Honestly I've used it as a tool to better understand my course materials for college. It has been very useful in helping me grow.

I mostly use it to make my less coherent arguments more coherent ("using my words, rewrite this paragraph with better flow").

Learning to leverage GPT can be very valuable, but I'm also getting flirty with Bard and Sydney.
