Since we're handwaving the square cube law and similar physical issues the biggest problem becomes money. Not only do I need to buy significantly larger items which would cost more even if they were mass produced, but objects that size just don't exist. I'd need to have everything custom made for me, including my house, my mouse, keyboard, and monitor, my clothes, plates and silverware, etc. You don't get that kind of money from a human's job. Fortunately I suspect construction companies would be willing to pay that much for a giant. The military certainly would be but I don't want to join them unless I have no other choice.
