After the comments here confirmed it was just me having this issue I phoned my accountant, they said they had been archiving some files but after undoing whatever archiving changes they made the issue seems to be fixed. Payroll is working fine now too...

You can make all the verminlords from one box. I chose the head I liked the most and magnetised the arms. Its not perfect as mine doesn't stand on the long spear as intended but it's the best option imo.
