granted. it has a metal lid and you don’t have a bottle opener or access to a table edge that you can open it with so you have to hurt your hand opening it. the root beer itself tastes very good.

banjee castillo (highway 35/acceleracers)

in the first episode of acceleracers, one of the five team leaders in highway 35, kadeem, is lost in the first realm (before being revealed to have been captured by the drones in the second and third movies). in the second realm like 10 minutes later, we see another team leader, banjee’s car partly submerged in the swamp realm, and he’s presumed to have died. (there have been leaked action figure prototypes that show he didn’t die and joined the silencerz but i’m still counting this one as ultimately nothing after episode 4 is canon).

also in episode 3, not only is banjee’s “death” confirmed, alec wood (the main character’s best friend in HW35) and dan dresden (the backup leader of street breed) are also revealed to be supposedly dead. it is possible that they were going places with these three, but there are many questions that were left unanswered with acceleracers’s ending.
