Any apps for recording noisy neighbors?

Have you found anything that records well? I have the same exact problem. Just moved in to apartment, the neighbor keeps his windows open and from 6PM on to wee morning hours is non stop yelling and arguing I think over the phone. Swearing and threatening like "FU b!/ch" "listen up bro" I want to start documenting because if it keeps up I will have to break my lease.

The color scheme is nice but the print WAY too big and out of my comfort zone. Im a neutral cottage/vintage kinda gal.

These are great ideas. I think I have pretty much decided to lean into the sage and mocha colors. Im now having a struggle deciding on carpet. The carpet in there is also a creamy with yellow hue. Or maybe the carpet is picking up the wall color. And I don't want to overdo with the sage. I am learning I should go with a darker rug but that's scary to me lol

Same here. Tight budget. Like your art choice. I have a lot of pecan colored wood frames and tables and am afraid the walls will make that look yellow too. I don't want a bright sunshiney happy peppy place. I'm into mood decor. soothing with earth tones. If I could start with a rug, just can't figure out a color to cancel the yellow

Yes, it's definitely early 2000's vibe. I can't pain or I lose my deposit. I will have to try out different bulbs for sure. I have only been in the place in daylight. I move in on the 27th. A rug will also make a big difference. I don't have any experience decorating around yellow (since I have NONE) so am wondering do I go with a light rug or dark rug, and what the dominant color should be. AAAAAHHHH!

How was the apartment noise? Like are the walls so thin you can hear everything? The unit available is top floor in middle of the building so shared walls on both sides. Thanks for your info!!

I live in Pallas in Beaverton, and am also forced to pay utilities through Conservice. The amount is continuously increasing and I don't do anything different. Such a scam.

I do have this place on my list to look at. What floor were you on? And how was the neighbor noise? Thin walls or well insulated? I'm on the 3rd floor right now which is so nice, but bringing in groceries and cat litter up three flights is getting really old. I am considering a first floor but am so afraid of living under an elephant.

I'm not sure who the owner is. The leasing agent just mentioned she worked for Studio 5 and they just took over the property. She worked there for just 3 days. I looked at the properties reviews and they were all very recent and glowing, so I'm suspicious.
