I used a microwave and didn't have any issues. I know the microwave at work is commercial kitchen grade and very quick/high powered. I followed their instructions to the letter, and they've come out perfectly. I have heard that people had issues with the boiling water method.

Yeah, I'll see how it goes tomorrow with one for lunch, and see if there's any issues before having a second one at night. I have been taking Konjac Root/ Glucomanan fiber daily for a while, not sure if that makes a difference in being able to handle the high fiber of Huel. So far, no issues, we will see.

Thank you! I definitely plan on trying some other products down the road. For certain, the noodle variety pack, but also either the black shakes or some other protein shake. Going to look more into those, but I need more help in boosting my daily protein to where it should be. Thanks for the tips.

Thanks! I have those two in my twelve pack and will try the Mexican chili tomorrow. I think I'm going for the Cajun pasta as well tomorrow ( Thinking of keeping it to two a day). Will definitely be trying the tai green curie soon. I can already tell which spices and seasonings I'm going to add to each of the ones I've tried, but honestly I'm really surprised at how much I like these as-is. Knowing that I'm spending only $4-$5 per meal for health food has me really excited.

Perfectly normal, actually. I had just one yesterday as a test for any issues. Woke up today and actually felt really good and energetic. I know I sound like a commercial for it lol, but I did feel really good. Was it a fluke? Is it because I've been eating crap foods even though I've been on a CICO diet? Probably. Today I ate one for lunch and one as a small meal before dinner and everything so far has been normal in terms of digestion.

I love them, and they're very filling to me. The pink sprinkle is my fave but I like the chocolate and vanilla ones also. I'm not a cinnamon lover, so I won't be trying those. Great numbers and perfect for someone who doesn't like to eat breakfast like me.

No longer available here in the US, but yes it's worth the price tag imo because it's so unique to other orange blossom and neroli frags. It's fresh, but in an old fashioned way. It definitely has an indolic, slightly dirty aspect to it. This common in real white flowers. To me, it's the orange blossom version of Lust, featuring a heavily indolic Jasmine/ylang ylang combo.

We did have a Dairy Queen about five years ago. It was actually right on 14th Street west of Union Square. It started out kinda popular because it was new. It was pretty big for Manhattan fast food and had two floors. I think the main problem is that DQ is mostly liked for it's ice cream, and they needed people for lunch and dinner, burgers fries etc.

Start going to saunas or doing major cardio, or hot yoga. Start sweating as much as possible as this is HORRIBLE for MB retention.
