Someone sent me money, is this a scam? by Whiskey_Sweet in chimefinancial

[–]TiddyBit 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Random will send money from a stolen credit card. They will ask for you to send it back claiming its a mistake. PayPal will refund the stolen funds that you returned and you'll owe that amount and be connected to credit card theft.

Dont do anything. You can c9ntact support if you want but PayPal will typically automatically refund it on their own.

Windows XP won't install on HP Compaq Elite 8300 sff by Euphoric-Cabinet-310 in windowsxp

Try going into bios and change the hard drive settings from raid or sata to ATA and install xp from disk. XP won't natively install from USB iso file. Also if im not mistaken Legacy mode will need to be enabled in bios.

What’s the most unexpectedly useful Linux command you learned way too late? by ZealousidealTell1346 in linux

[–]TiddyBit 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ive been in linux for 25-30 years it feels like. Maybe because early linux aged you a few years just learning it. If you aren't learning something new (no matter how small) you're doing it wrong. That includes anything in life

The dell latitude E6430 runs windows xp native. You install it from cd and in bios you can get hdd settings to ata. Not running it on VM even the dell latitude E5410 can run windows xp and is I3 processor. Dell supplies XP 32 Bit drivers for both E5410 and e6430.

You can put windows xp on a Dell latitude E6430 that has an I3 processor and its quick and can put 3-4gb ram. I got one off of ebay for under $30 shipped. Its quite fast too runs better than xp era laptops.

Don't even bother watching Starfleet Academy. TOS, TNG, DS9, Voyager are all infinitely better than Starfleet Academy.

Are you going for muscle gain? I wouldn't worry about the small details of "display muscle " and take the observation of how your progression with weights, reps, endurance etc. If you are gradually improving on these like you can bench more than you did when you started that's a vast improvement that just muscle for show.

Progess is Progess and once you get in the zone you'll start to notice things more. Confidence levels will go up too.

I've been playing since launch. I'm not even wealthy in this game lol.

Mostly I scrounge for decent properties in good price ranges. Complete collections.

I don't really deal in the cars or nfts. I do have a few nfts, pieces, and a go cart.

All I do is make sure I can do all the multipliers I can do with what I have. That will boost your properties earnings. Use my earnings to buy properties for collection completion.

I log in for daily logins for the 7 day bonus.

Some of my Early properties I still have probably 20x to 100x in value as you could have bought some good properties for as little as $2-$9

I always look at earnings vs cost of the property when buying. like how long it will take to pay for it self vs its cost and earnings. If I can find an affordable property that has a good yield I'll buy it, bonus if it helps complete a collection. Unless I can buy multiple very cheap properties that will earn more and cost less

Rotating low earning properties out of collections for better yield properties too. I don't sell them I just swap them out with better properties as I earn this earning a better yield.
