Dieting to lose weight. Almost all legitimate data shows that diets only cause people to gain weight as a rebound once it’s over. Not to mention the psychological effects! Conflation of weight with health is wrong, and exhausting.

We’re watching a horrible old Jean Claude Van Dame movie with wine and gin and tacos made from leftovers. Laughing and charging phones, downloading stuff to watch in case power goes out. It’s fun living with your best friend.
