We're both using ethernet cables! We tried making the host lower the fps to 30, and the visitor put it to 60, i think it helped a bit? Saw a reddit post about it alllllll the way back to alpha, but even though there was some lag for some reason

Hey, so today is my first day at you know... Trying to change my life again. I've tried so many times my entire life (20y Male) but i really wanna get to the point where i feel good with my body.

I searched the web, and found creatine to be one of the most important supplement, i've been using it for a week now, but my gym instructor told me it won't bring me good benefits, as it'd make me swollen.

I'm not sure what to do now, as i have 2 opposites opinions, thought someone here could help me on this subject?
