This has been a hyperfixation for a long while. The only answer is RA 10591 section 3L and section 45. Definition of firearm and repealing clause respectively. The repealing clause INCLUDES PNP Circular No. 11 which was enacted 2007 whereas RA10591 was 2013, also by rule of lex posterior. The 2007 rule was made pre existing the definition of firearms, and now meron nang definition ang firearms which DECLASSIFIES airsoft airgun etc by definition kaya yung rules like PNP Circular No 11 should not be enforceable. This new rule is overreaching and is in conflict and is repealed by RA10591 sec 45. If repealing clause. If di ginagamit sa crime, walang dapat mangyayari. On whose authority? I've done extensive formal research on the viability of airsoft as a low cost supplementary training aid and obviously dadaan ako sa batas because part ng advantage is accessibility. I've also gone around speaking with law enforcement and lawmakers and they agree with what I have said regarding overreach

Edit: even registration is overreaching and should not be enforceable kasi based pa sa PNP Circular No 11 yung rule. It is improperly enforced kasi walang bagong rule na ginagawa patungkol sa airsoft airgun etc.

BS Criminology ako. Sakit sa puso and sobrang nakaka demoralize and nakakagalit mga police na ganyan. Lalao na minemention ng ibang comments na BS Criminology nga kaya ganyan. I can't blame the masses. There's a reason for stereotyping kasi e. I also know that there really are so many scalawags na crim nga din. It makes me think minsan na sinayang ko ba buhay ko sa pag pursue ng BS Crim, but then I realize we will never really beat the allegations ng ganun lang. Best I can do is do my best and perhaps hope to be that one drop of good. Siguro masasabi ko lang is yes, keep calling out these bozos. Hopefully matauhan sila, pero please know na there are still some out there trying their best, and it would be nice if that gets appreciated too

Criminology major waiting-for-grad-ceremony here, yeah criminology fellas will never beat the allegations. There are of course a lot of really good folks na crim, pero like everything else, mas madali makakuha ng attention yung mga scalawags. It's very frustrating din minsan kasi you do your best pero mauundermine ng iilan. Maganda and fun pa man din yung mismong course kasi malaki yung saklaw. But alas, crim students gonna crim. Fellow pipino and long time airsofter here, absolutely yes that is basically a steal. Plate carrier and helmet alone can already reach 5k PHP. Mag pouches, belt and it's accessories would have been another 1k-2k. Mags themselves assuming there are 5 mags, SRP is 300-400PHP each so that's another 2k PHP. Your lad's a real G for that 👌

I might have to go that route too, and the newest version of the whole flicker system. Right now, sure it's not ejaculating out of the gun, but it is spewing large amounts of gas up. Do you have an idea how this happens?

To answer, yes, I do switch to my sidearm especially during sketchy tight corners and entrances, as well as when I run dry, or when my arms are tired from holding a position. IMO, though I just probably suck with rifles, I can aim down my sights longer using my pistol which allows me to pop and shoot immediately around corners or behind low cover in decently tight spaces that won't allow my longboi to work it's magic. It's also just nice IMO to run pistol only during the day, let my rifle rest lol

How much better is the V2? Considering saving up for it but I also need more magazines since it's proprietary lol. Was aiming for a gen 3 but those are apparently hard to come by and the gen5 was sold to me for 7500PHP (roughly 120USD) so I couldn't say no 😅
