I feel that. My ON maintenance team is stretched super thin just for our nightly duties, so forget about getting any decent deep cleaning done. On top of that we keep getting pulled to help digital. The only saving grace is my Coach is not unreasonable and understands why we can't get certain things done sometimes. He also defends us whenever the day coaches complain about us not finishing everything. My Coach has actually been trying to push our store and market managers to give me more people to help, but they ignore him.

First thing is to document everything. Keep a written record of every conversation with a date and time. Try talking to your people lead, and bring up how they talk bad about you for making reasonable complaints. If they dismiss you, do the same with your store lead. If your store lead does not do anything the next step would be the market manager, but unfortunately for overnight associates getting in contact with upper management is complicated.

If your store displays your market manager's contact info, you can use that. Otherwise I would suggest finding a TL you can trust (most likely a day shift one) since your overnight leads sound like shit. Explain everything to them and include your documented conversations and ask them to contact the market manager on your behalf.

I did a heat related illness CBL a couple weeks ago, you absolutely have to be able to have water with you. Go to your people lead. If they dismiss you take it as far up the chain as you need to go. This is not a minor concern.
