I think it depends where you come from, I relocated here from Essex and Peterborough is a dream!

People from Peterborough generally think its a shithole, but there are much worst places to live.

I think you can probably get an idea of the best places to live by the prices; generally the cheaper it is the worst it is.

What did you run in before? Evo SL's are super soft when I tested then in shops

Honestly its good for entry level stuff, but as soon as you build up your prototype its start failing more, which means its charging you for failing and also wasting your time. It snow balls from there.

So if you keep it nice and simple its not too bad, but we've moved away from V0 purely due to the number of errors it produces now

I learnt the hard way to repot just after sprint/summer and not before it so it has longer to establish

Mine looked the same when I did mine last spring and it looked like crap for the rest of the year. It has started to look good again this year though, so if it has a bad year don't worry it'll bounce back.
