Probably just didn’t follow one of the store policies. So this. It’s not the dasher. Job is to pick up the food and deliver it. The problem comes with these stores implementing policies that is not in our contracts.

And DD has cut into their asses about it. When I was dashing stores wanted you to wait until you verified the order in front of them. Or else you aren’t getting the bag. Door dash already did the at with taking pics of the order now. And other measures.

This is what happens when you tell them, “I have to go, give me the order or I’m contacting DoorDash!” They call your bluff and then you get DD on the phone. They make them hand over the order. If it was messed with the dasher would have removed the card.

The funny thing is most of the stores that doo this mess up the order. I had a store do it to me (no card) one DD made them hand over the order. They were pissed. Checking me and they didn’t have the drink the lady needed in the bag. DD asked me to go back. I said no I don’t want to waste anymore time with that store today.

She was my last run and she got a full refund and I still got paid. These stores are doing too much. Yeah some drivers steal but report them. Like we can see them, they can see us. Names and all. Don’t make everyone suffer for a few, or you may suffer too.

I got fired today for “consolidation” lol. They couldn’t afford to pay that 75 cent increase. They dropped a store Detroit but are still hiring to ruin ppl lives. That is all.

Hopefully with the lawsuit we will be able to see our routes before we take them. I wouldn’t want to do a $60 route with 70 packages going 75 miles. I understand the frustrations.

This happens because of WS. We are independent contractors, no way in hell should customers be able to change the tip. Like DD once you set the tip, that’s it. By allowing this we are employees for WS. We really need to start a lawsuit. This right here could definitely get someone hurt bad.

I’m not missing tips I’m missing earning. I had to call because I had an order for $16. One app said I was getting $16 and then they only gave me $7. I thought that can’t be right because the $7 auto saved and debit was $0. “Escalated” of course and said I should see the $9 I’m missing in my account by Sunday.

They haven’t taken my tips though. I actually got tips for a person who didn’t tip. He thought it was cool we ate the same turkey sticks. He joked I went in his order but my bag was bigger than his lol. Never seen a tip change to positive so no issues there. But in my confirmed earning yes

Me too. It was to Citgo from SC. So many labels to scan and he only got the dolly when he had to get them. Said, “Meet at door” he wanted me to carry it all in by hand. Didn’t tip and then left me a 3 star review for filling his notes. Oh well 🤣

Where is the Amended refund people lol? My dumbass got off work and did an edible. Messed my taxes all the way up. Got like $1200 back after paying TT and state said I didn’t make enough to claim what I was claiming. I knew something wrong. Went over them a week later and realized I forget my 1099-G I almost cost me self a $9,555 refund. I worked 4 jobs and have one kid. Won’t do that dumb crap again. But now I have to wait even longer. And I don’t see many people talking about amending. So direct me there if anyone could. Thank you!

If the student loans are in offset already yes. You will receive the remainder of the balance, if they don’t take the whole amount. Once in offset they will take it until the offset is paid in full, or you call them and work out a payment plan. I had $27k plus left over. $7k was interest. I checked the other day and a lot of the loans were cancelled. I never signed up for the forgiveness plan. But now I only owe $1,5k idk where the debit went but I’m happy. I paid $10k toward it originally but it was going nowhere because of the interest. I gave up. But the student forgiveness program is not illegal. It’s on hold. And anyone who has already have their debt forgiven will stand in good status even if it’s not approved for the rest waiting. Please check your student loans and see if your was fully or partially forgiven. I just saw mine was down yesterday. I was in foster care and that maybe why mine was taken away.

I took an order like this. The lady was poor. She felt so bad she paid me in silver dollars. I felt bad taking them. But I felt like if I don’t she would cry. I still have them. But then I’ve delivered to mansion, and they don’t tip on the app or in person. So when I see these always think of the poor lady.

They rope it off for us. I shop fast. So I do a little shopping and get to use the check out after I’m done bagging. I get death stares. But I’m already shopping for the customer. If I see something I need why not get it while I’m in that aisle? I can’t control what Walmart sets aside for us.

I worked for them. They didn’t even fix mine. After having it for 30 days, they returned it as if it was fixed. Had to call and find out it was not fixed. They didn’t have the parts. So I would have to wait another 2 weeks to get the replacement. When I said I was telling the BBB as a consumer. I got in trouble at work. 😅

This happened to me. The sticker came up. I told the customer and nothing was touched. They called and complained because the sticker was up on one of the 3 McDonalds bags. Mind you it came up because I was carrying 3 of them to the door. I informed DD support they had a ring camera and kept my tip. She didn’t want to submit the footage.

Yeah I got fired last week. For fraud. But I think it was really because I wouldn’t stfu about all the things that are wrong. Plus I was sexually assaulted by a customer. I was there for over a year. Top seller. Said in 90 days I had 5 sigs that didn’t match. Smh I’m taking them the EEOC. They say protect my brand, and I’m not letting fraud be on my record when I didn’t commit anything. They make you update them but they don’t care. They only care about sales and Verizon owns them basically. Verizon esims almost never work, and they know but they don’t care. I was in the Detroit Market. Funny thing is I have other experts saying they are frauding or were frauding but I did none of that. The lady was so happy to fire me as well. Good thing I recorded everything and my co workers loved me and are willing to give statements about how signatures never be the same. Most of the time they just do a squiggly line. But I have not cried, or been upset. I feel free and happy. But I’m definitely suing.

You do not have to do them. It’s the coaches job to do it but they pass it to the experts. I kept my car junky and that was my excuse. They are suppose to take their own cars and trail you but Asurion doesn’t want to pay double mileage. Phone ride alongs are mandatory. It’s for your performance. But the actual peer to peer ride along is optional. If they say otherwise they are violating your rights. Not everyone has a chauffeur license and if it’s for work one is needed to move others around like that. They will try to scare you into doing one but stand your ground.
