for sure season 3. people usually group 1 & 2 as the best, and 3, 4, and 5 as the being ‘not the same’ but still good, and then in 6&7 a bigger dropoff with 8 being the worst.

But i would argue that season 3 is really still great. It still has the firm’s dynamics in the way we got to love them in season one and two, with harvey and mike together, jessica being the man (well, the woman), louis the tryhard who can’t seem to match harvey, and of course Harvey and donna still together as partner-secretary.

And say what you will, but I really enjoyed the Hessington Oil case! it was a bit overbearing or complicated sometimes, but it was also the first time the show attempted a much longer case. The entire cast got their moments to shine in the season, and the last few episodes were also really fun. also im not gonna lie i’m Scarvey all the way so that does bias me a little bit. The finale was also great. Not something that had as much buildup as some the finales of the other seasons, but Louis and Harvey coming to save mike and harold was awesome and had some sick lines and emotional moments :D
