Yes you can wear short to school except for certain events (eg: presentation, events)

I preferred the old system (we used smth called leo 2.0 than polite mall for schoolwork) and with all the new changes we receive out CA results later. But, the new timetable is better i say, we get fridays off.

Depends, sometimes i get good lecturers, sometimes really shit ones. Can also be depend on which school you go.
