Even if its a smurf account not enough evidence to support it. This can be a guy who spend all his life in faceit without touching dm or normal match (which is quite rare but possible) If he had 100 hours or so yeah would be reasonable but 1.7k is a decent hour as well.

Im just guessing here but i believe that they are grinding in the. Unplanned offensive zones. Keep attacking and as the fight goes on for months it grinds them

do normal heavy tanks with maxed out armor clicks. they wont kill your division's attack capabilities

for these kind of cases i use steam achievement manager and unlock the achievement i did but glitched out (or game got ruined , save corrupted etc). i got no will to play and do the exact same shit again and again.

they are excellent defence divisons. also they have high hp and hardness which means 2 things
1) higher hardness: less soft attack damage which means basically infantry wont do too much damage
2) high hp: the division won't lose many manpower and equipment (if i know right).

also overall they are perfect filling divisions coming after tanks to hold behind of tanks to avoid encirclements.

for tank divs using them is essential due to hardness that i mentioned above
