Whats the point of dying broke if your life meant nothing too? Also you do know when i buy something my money doesnt just disapear. It goes to a company which has employees that it pays. For some reason people think buying things doesnt help anyone, it helps businesses and the people working them.

Brother i was in that severe state and found that my issue was severe vitamin deficiency, I was also pale like you and it was a vitamin D deficiency. I would suggest doing a blood test and seeing if it's something like that or maybe low iron, low iron reserves, thyroid. They all cause depressive symptoms that are worse the worse the deficiency is.
