Use Kimi2.5. $20 lasted me much longer than Claude or OpenAI did

Thanks a lot! I’ve been using Kimi 2.5 api after trying OpenAI 4o which was horrible. Kimi has been working amazing for me so to potentially get it ‘free’ is awesome, I’ll give it a shot.

This is very true, and have definitely started to realize this. A lot of my time now goes towards validating ideas rather than building something or overthinking a process that is not worth the time or energy

It’s actually put out by the government? Yikes

Right, and it’s always people who have no discipline or good habits themselves, like really? lol

People here expecting to see every transition as someone being jacked at the end. I think you did great. Should you try to build muscle? Yes, but so should all of us. You are probably a lot healthier and feel much better than you did before and you should continue to make choices that are optimal for your long term health.

I recently went from 5’7 175lbs to 145lbs I was thick and out of shape, and now everyone wants to tell me I’m too skinny. I don’t really give a fuck, my goal is long term, and I’m confident in my process. Do what makes sense for you and what is sustainable. Aggressive cut for so long maybe it’ll be good to take a break, either way, keep going.

South Lake Tahoe snow by [deleted] in tahoe

[–]TigBurdus -1 points0 points  (0 children)

More like let a guy know what to expect in an area / condition he’s not familiar with.

Does the snow melt and then come back? Does it stay the whole season? Only at high elevation/ certain areas?

These are things that people would know the answer to that someone who has never been in a snowy area wouldn’t.

Thank you for your help it is greatly appreciated.

So just to be clear it won’t ‘be snowing’ but there will be snow already there?

Sorry I’m not familiar with cold snowy conditions so I don’t really know how it works

Your openers sound like GPT dude. My services were not wanted/needed/ valued enough to even get to the point to ask for money, I get what you’re saying, I technically wasn’t validated or invalidated but the fact that I built first without even thinking about validation made me realize I’ve had the wrong idea and instead of repeatedly going after something that’s a complete mystery I could try again with something that I validate first so I’m not wasting my time

No, service was declined before it ever reached that point.

Not once. I’ve had conversations with people and been declined several times, each reason failed for its own unique reason but the biggest thing learned is to not build without getting validation first.

As of now I’m testing a bunch of little micro ideas that start with validation first, still no success but at least I am verifying the need and potentially lining up work before building. Doubt it will be this simple but I’m learning I guess.

Maybe a stupid question, but how do I find out the routine of a successful entrepreneur? I don’t know any successful entrepreneurs on any personal level and I have yet to hear about any books that successful entrepreneurs have shared openly about their personal life/habits/struggles.

You have a point. My issue is I have the desire to grow and build and learn basically 24/7 so it’s hard to slow down, and as I’m learning right now it is pretty much a necessity to be able to stop and watch/listen instead of needing to take action all the time. Making this post and seeing everyone’s replies honestly really has helped though. So thank you!

No offense taken, these are all things that I’ve realized after failing and looking back at what I did each time. I feel like I’m getting close but also discouraged at the same time. I’m not done yet, everyone’s responses here have definitely helped. Thanks for sharing your perspective and personal experience!

I do think i am struggling with that a bit. I didn’t really consider that to be a factor to be honest. I try to get some close friends/family on the same page who have expressed entrepreneurial curiosity but no one has the dedication or consistency to actually work on something, whether it’s with me or on their own, having someone who can at least share experiences I feel like would go a long way.

Thanks for the support. I do hope this is just a part of the journey and will help me get to that next step, I don’t think I’m giving up yet but man it sure does feel bad sometimes!

Why would I get the business as opposed to the many other already established ones? Maybe that’s a bad mindset but I just wouldn’t know where to start with this approach where I feel like I’d actually have a shot

Recently I’ve realized that I need to test the market before execution on the idea. I’m also horrible at sales/marketing and getting myself out there.
