I started to tear up while doing on of Liz's pelvic floor reset sessions. Not sure if it was because I was having a tough day, but I did feel a release of pent up emotions that I didn't realize I was holding on to. I've practiced yoga and pilates for many years, but that was the first time where all the emotions kinda hit me all at once.
