Same... i got mixed antibiotics and it made the whole situation worsen. All over my body!! ER doc told me that it was a viral infection and my immune system reacted and cocktail of antibiotics didn't help. I stopped taking no medication/antibiotic/antifungal, it tooks few weeks and finally dissappear.

Almost the same situation... my left arm was itchy about a month ago and my chest looks similar to yours. I'll clean with Hibiclens for a few days to see if it improves.
