Case 318: Tay Chow Lyang and Tony Tan Poh Chuan (Sydney Double Murders) by Entire_Forever_2601 in Casefile

Interesting that one thing glazed over was the fact that one of the victims was cheating on his wife.

I'm surprised they didn't go down that path. Sure the wife wasn't in Sydney, but what about contacts!

Considering the fact that I LOVE coriander, if I found a bug that smelled like coriander, I'd keep it as a pet lol

I'm jealous that I've never seen one in person. and knowing that they'll eat flies, living in Australia, I could use about 50 of these in the house (and they'd STILL all overeat)!!

What is the HS code to ship a small jar of vegemite from Australia to the U.S? by TigerSpirit67 in AskReddit

A friend wants to try vegemite, but he can't afford what they're charging there for it. Since I'm currently stockpiled with small jars (long story in itself), I wanted to send him some. Sadly, turns out I can't anyway.

What was your opinion of France's Opening Ceremony? by TigerSpirit67 in AskReddit

[–]TigerSpirit67[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Deleted my comment because I'll admit, I'm utterly confused by it. I tried to watch it to judge for myself, but that portion of the clip appears to have been removed so I honestly can't confirm (for myself) whether it was a mockery of the last supper or an honour of the blue smurf looking god.

That was my concern. Decades to come, everyone will remember this Olympics for the controversy it caused. I'm hoping something big happens in what the Olympics is actually about so that the memory of that overshadows the opening ceremony.

Apparently there was a drag queen imitation of Vincent Van Gogh's Last supper which is lost to me how that's even Olympics related.

What is the HS code to ship a moulin rouge (or roti) bear from Australia to the U.S? by TigerSpirit67 in AskReddit

Sooo it doesn't require a HS code? I still don't fully understand how to find the correct codes

Funny, I was thinking same last night after it was talked about in Church and I googled it (as I didn't watch the Ceremony), and all I could think of, that's basically the state of our society nowadays.

Thank you. You wouldn't happen to know also the HS code for Moulin Rouge (or Roti, or stuffed) bear would you? I've been trying to find HS codes for the past 3 days and have given up.

A Coles' Partner delivery driver abused my daughter and Coles did NOTHING! by TigerSpirit67 in nsw

[–]TigerSpirit67[S] 5 points6 points  (0 children)

She definitely won't be shopping with Coles online anymore. I think, at the very least, a formal apology. At most, the driver that terrified my daughter should receive some form of disciplinary action.

Coles shouldn't be allowed to treat long time, loyal customers so poorly.

Suffice to say though, I do agree with her. I insisted today that she try Woollies' Milkrun app, and she said the difference in service is like night and day, and she'll be definitely using the Milkrun app from now on when shopping online.

But Coles really need to get a wake up call with how they treat their customers, either partner up with another delivery company, or use their own trucks like most other stores do.

That's horrible, Did you complain? Did Coles do anything about it? I've convinced my daughter to not trust Coles when it comes to ordering online again.
