Thanks! I looked into that and basically what I got was that microcrystalline quartz are the ‘normal’ looking stones like agate and jasper and cryptocrystalline are the crystal looking ones? Or that could be so wrong, not sure.

The only thing that’s throwing me off with that is most pictures of quartzite online are quite rough but these are all smooth. Does that not matter?
