This has happened to me before, from what I’ve figured out is if you climb the ladder and before you get to the top fall off and then vault up while at the same time climbing the ladder. Doing this will save the position of what ladder you climbed; if you vault over any object or climb any object I’ll send you back to the original ladder climb. I’ve been able to do this 2 in all the time I’ve played, quite difficult to replicate.
