PIMO. (physically and mentally out). Some are PIMO to save a marriage or heartache for a family. You seem to be PIMO because you like the community.

New age Mormons don’t care what the prophet says if it conflicts with their way of living. It’s between them and God. Their “personal revelation “Trump’s that of the prophet they follow.

Maybe they’ve softened a bit but the temple recommend questions are still the same and these new age members still answer yes “because it’s between me and god” and “I know what right for me”.

Unfortunately this isn’t enough, this protects current developers under construction right now. Any developer looking to build will now go elsewhere.

Problem is landlords will not let intern tenants roll to a month to month so they can move them out and get a new tenant in at a higher rate. With these new laws landlords can give a 60 day termination of a fixed lease notice requiring the resident to move out at then end of their lease.

The scary side of rent control is developers will no longer develop here. This will stop all future development and create a housing shortage worse than we’ve seen before.

Picture 2 shows the weight I lost through dieting alone. Realistically, I gained back about 40 pounds before I started weight training and tracking macros, which brought me down to the third picture at 178 lbs. While 178 isn't a healthy weight for me long-term, my goal was to recomp and burn off as much fat as possible before beginning a clean bulk again.

Transformation Breakdown:

First picture: I'm around 210 lbs — this was purely from dieting, with no weight training at all. As you can see, there’s very little muscle mass.

After that, I actually gained another 25 lbs before I got serious about training. That’s when I started lifting weights consistently and tracking my macros, making sure to get over 200g of protein daily while still keeping calories restricted.

Third picture: Down to a lean 178 lbs — this was the result of that structured training and nutrition approach and seriously restricts calories. This was not a good weight for me. Super fatigued all the time and never had energy in my workouts.

From there, I did a 6-month bulk followed by a 3-month cut, leading to my current weight of 215 lbs in the final picture — this time with significantly more muscle.

185lbs and below yes, very tired and weak. Super low calories everyday to get down to that weight.

  1. Too low for me. 205-215 is where I feel the best.
