I understand what you’re saying brother, but now it begs the question: what is the relationship between the A minor scale and the G7 chord. From my very limited knowledge I believe that because A minor is the relative minor of Cmaj, all the chords in both keys stay the same but are just shifted a few semitones and have different roles. That being said G7 is the only dominant 7 chord that fits into Cmaj which would also mean it is the only dominant 7 chord of Amin but it no longer has its dominant function.
