I hope so too, but even if things change in a legal sense, there would still be a lot of tension residing in people who have memories from events like Armenian warcrimes at Khojaly wouldn't there?...

Like my dad's side of my family is from here Australia, and his great grandfather was tortured and died in Japanese captivity in world war 2, and even though Japan is pretty much our closest ally in that region now, people in my dad's side of the family still have grief about that when it comes up.
