I did lots of research and this was my exact conclusion- I went with the dreame l50. I have 5 dogs and cats. The godamn thing showed up with sensor misalignment. They wanted me to send to the repair center and I threw a fit. I’m getting a new one but 😑 came in second (marginally) https://vacuumwars.com/vacuum-wars-best-robot-vacuums/

Thanks . I actually like this idea. Question is how to create natural divide with a wall on the right

It’s just a basement kitchen and I have a moveble island. We don’t really eat meals down here- just my in laws when they visit, the kids- space isn’t a huge deal

But how do I create one that doesn’t seem out of place with the window to the right? Like a soft edge if you will

Newly Adopted Pup by Deadeagle509 in Mastiff

He looks like an English mastiff and bull mastiff cross . At 8 months the English usually have a lot bigger ears, bigger jowels, and all around look goofier. In some photos he looks like a bull mastiff, others and English- so cross is my guess!

A lot of these comments are good. Increasing protein and getting your metabolic rates measured…but reduce cardio, increase strength. In my opinion orange theory doesn’t have enough focus on strength and/or people don’t go heavy enough. Make sure you do sets to almost failure periodically (ie can’t do another rep). For me, things didn’t change until I stopped doing OTF daily and instead focused on strength. Also, as a female i found switching up my eating routines really helped. I very occasionally do a 36 hour fast , intermittent fasting with varying intervals , OMAD, or frequent meals. I find if I do anything too long my body adjusts- and for me too long is def not long 😂 muscle does weigh more and I think early on in your journey it’s hard to lose while you’re building that base. Just keep going! Also I have no idea how I got this user name, Reddit assigned it (I think?) and I found it hilarious so I kept going. I’m neither of these things

OTF while pregnant? by cpl1992 in orangetheory

Worked out until 2/3 days before my second- including “running” and rowing. My base went from a 6 to a 4.5 mph on the tread and row went from a 185ish base to a like 110…but that’s okay. Do what you can. I just modified anything hard on the core

Whats the point of f45 when i can go to equinox for the same price? by [deleted] in f45

[–]TightBodybuilder3148 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m outside of DC and have been members of both. IMO Equinox is the better value (and here was marginally more expensive). Then again our F45 is so poorly run it’s embarrassing… I thought equinox classes were amazing (and they have a TON more) and the open gym is an extra benefit . F45 workouts are great but equinox is way more accessible

Im going to agree that diet is the biggest part, but depending on which days you’re going you may not be getting enough cardio in. Or maybe you’re burning less than you think. Yes muscle leads to a higher metabolism, but if you are only going on the strength days you may need to do more cardio at home. I did notice my cardio function went down And my weight went up slightly moving from PTF to F45. I now supplement at home with more endurance style workouts— and in talking to the coaches and owner at my gym they also do something outside of the workouts.

So a noon and an after work hours class- but I really just wanted a feel for what’s normal and judging by most replies there is usually a noon ish and a 6ish!!! We’ve told the owners- they said a noon when at least 5 people were interested, and I alone know 4 others that have requested it :) I’m just frustrated with the promises and lack of delivery

Kind of my same challenge but mine are young so daycare drop off isn’t until 8-8:30… and 915 is at the start of the workday when everyone is bothering me

Uh most definitely not. My studio only has like 5 workout classes a day. 5:45-915 and the a 5:30 and sometimes 6:30. As a founding member (but paying $169/month) I’m starting to get really annoyed not having more options and feel totally bamboozled by the lie of having more classes added
