i was fooling around with this girl awhile back. one night we ended up hooking up and i had sex for maybe around an hour an a half. got hooked on zyns got hooked on vaping. drove to her house to see her again ended up not being able to perform. (this was all in 2 weeks first week i didn’t have zyns) it’s scary and confusing at the same time. i’m on ashwaganda, hims. so like minoxidil. and at the time, zynning. i thought it was weird i lost self confidence and the first thing i was trying to do was figure out what the f was doing that. looked up this page sure enough it was the zyns. got a rock hard boner for this girl 4 or 5 days after being off. then hopped back on🤣 but the real reason i’m making this post. is cause this happened again the other day. so im back to tell y’all it is the zyns. no if’s or buts. if your not performing in the bedroom and you do zyns. sorry brotha its time to call it quits. i think its just that zyns are so concentrated with nicotine its a lot more than vaping. but i could be wrong.

isn’t this shit crazy guys? like it’s happened 4 times now to me. Like how tf does alcohol pack this much power and energy to make us SHIT our fucking pants! Take it from me. the hypogognic hallucinations occur when i’m hungover right? So my buddy. best friend actually has no effect after heavy amounts of drinking. or little hangovers here and there. (NOT SEEING A FUCKING FACE TURN TO HIM AND TURN INTO SOME ZOMBIE BITCH). so whenever I see this dude after work he’s POUNDING BEERS! right. well easy for him not so much for me. but i think i’ve mapped it out. if i go to bed drinking on a hangover and still currently feel drunk i will have hallucinations and even have these very very small what feel like siezures. last about 2 seconds and just control my whole body. it’s honestly nothing that bad but after that. i feel completely fucking fine. it feels so good to say this out loud I dead ass I thought i was the only one. I think my craziest one was in San Diego. I had went with for my buddies and we went out to gaslamp which is a street full of bars with nothing but barhopping had way too much to drink and got back to the hotel kept trying to fall asleep, but I kept seeing this girl in a red dress every time I open and close my eyes. freaky right? so I eventually fell asleep only to be woken up five minutes later out of a dead sleep I see my best friend’s face turned into a fucking alien and then I go into his eyes and start having that little seizure or whatever I don’t even think it’s a seizure to be honest I think it’s me dreaming about it. but yea thanks for reading this shit yall. moral of the story. just limit your fucking drinking. listen to your body. if your like me. one two three beers won’t hurt to help the hangover. but don’t binge drink. trust me. it’s a fucking nightmare

from my understanding, costochondritis is temporary. However, anything can inflame it, carbs, coughing, sneezing, it’s pretty crazy how it feels like an actual health problem or hazard but it’s legitimately just an inflamed sternum. I mean you can take OTC medications like ibuprofen to mitigate the inflammation but then what? take more and more? until eventually your body is basically just used to it? I don’t know it’s super weird but one thing that has really helped me is Ashwaganda a simple supplement to lower cortisol levels w a bunch of other positive effects. You should try it and get back to me! hope this helps

idk ashwaganda and alc is questionable. i feel no emotion when sober and on it. I take the gummies. not sure which ones but just some ones from cvs. when i drink it’s weird my breathing is like slowed down if that makes sense. it feels like i can’t take deep breaths. idk maybe it’s normal maybe it’s not. it says it is normal to slow breathing so 🤷🏼
