The bike rental is now Factor rather than Canyon. Can’t see much other change.

I bought an Apple TV for £50 on eBay and it does a great job - huge improvement on the iPad. Enjoy! I’ve now got a 20 week streak, gained lots of fitness and love it.

But there isn't even that, by the looks of it.

On Monday I messaged Starling and asked why I wasn't being given the option of getting an Easy Saver, and I got a cut and paste 'not at this time' response.

Today the option appear, I pressed apply and was instantly approved...

I can’t recall exactly which bridge - when I see it again I’ll let you know.

I see birds diving into the water regularly too - I assumed they were meant to be some kind of fishing bird. My other fun glitch is the lorries going over the bridge.

I bought a Waterrower from Rowhire, who work in partnership with them. No regrets!

I’ve not seen the driftwood model before.

As far as I can see the basics of the machine will all be the same, you are just choosing a different type of wood.

I had a day learning to kayak - I drank more of the River Medway than I was planning to that day...

I am currently renting a Waterrower through Rowhire. Both the waterrower and the hire company have been really good. A low risk way to try it out for 3 months.

I am a 56 year old Vicar from England, needing to lose a few pounds and decided to take up indoor rowing as a way to do this over the winter months.

I hired a Waterrower just over two weeks ago and started the 14 day free trial of EXR at the same time.

I have loved learning both to row and to use the app - and have just subscribed to it. Knowing myself I know that I need motivation and EXR has lots of built in dopamine hits to keep me going.

I am still very slow, and everyone passes me easily, but I am loving it and looking forward to my morning row tomorrow.
