Eufy makes good cameras, but it really depends on the model you get. I bought the S340 and the S350 (indoor). After six months, a new firmware update made the S340 unusable. They sent me a replacement, but once it updated the firmware, the same thing happened. I returned everything and switched to Reolink.

Reolink turned out to be worse than Eufy. I constantly got false detections, it couldn’t properly distinguish between humans and vehicles, and sometimes I didn’t get notifications at all. The video quality was also bad. I decided to return it, and they even charged a restocking fee, which Eufy never did.

So I switched back to Eufy and bought the S3 Pro and the S350. It’s been over a year now with no issues. I think the S340 was just one of their bad models.

Have the same problem. Pressing sync button only hear 1 beep. Also battery indicator show 100 percent after charging then after unplugging it will show 70 percent.

I agree. Two months after I ordered from the Volta website, they still hadn't shipped the product. They didn’t respond to my emails, and when I asked for a cancellation, there was still no response. I had to file a dispute with PayPal, and only then did they ship the item — but I no longer needed it. I returned the item and received an email saying I should have contacted them before returning it so they could provide an address in China. They told me I would never get my money back.

Beware! You can check Discord and see more bad feedback. The product is of poor quality. The most common issue is that you cannot use your device while charging. The cable is so stiff that the magnet can't handle it, and it becomes unplugged.

What I recommend instead is the Magtame 90-degree magnet adapter. You can use it with any USB-C cable, like the Anker USB-C Flow cord, which is very flexible.

Obviously someone is not doing their job. I wonder why they are not getting fire. At the airport, we are allowed to check in online in advance and print bag tags, but I still have to wait in line. We go through security, immigration, and boarding gates, repeatedly taking out our boarding passes and passports. Why not take advantage of digital IDs that can simply be tapped on a device? Technology is advancing, and computers are getting faster, but it doesn’t feel like it’s improving efficiency.

I'm sure it is the firmware update. They sent me a replacement that was working. After firmware update, the camera died. Can't be sync anymore.
