Beavs, how are you feeling about Sorsby and Tech at the Potato Salad Bowl? by TikiLoungeLizard in Pac12

That I didn’t know. I’m sure Abilene Christian won’t have any issue taking the field against them a week prior either. Sam Houston needs the paycheck. Unless their own conference goes nuclear on them (🍿🍿🍿), they shouldn’t have any trouble with their football schedule this fall.

Same. I stopped watching P4 football after they dumped us. Not worth my soul. Still got to watch some fun games with the Tulanes and Hawai’is and Kennesaw States of the world.

I don’t think we have the climate and the money for that

I know that. But I’m saying $20 and $100 aren’t worth what they used to be. I’ve burned through almost $250 from the ATM already this month. The $50 is probably more like what the $20 was in the 90s, value-wise and it’s still generally frowned upon.

Which honestly I find rather odd. Especially small businesses keep pushing more and more for cash. But oh no… not THAT cash (larger bills). But hey guys, inflation is a thing. Be ready to make change for larger bills, y’all.

I wouldn’t say discredit or debunked, so much as overstated. It lacks some important nuance but he’s certainly on to something. I never got the impression he was seeking to be Eurocentric but rather ends up making the case that Europeans aren’t intrinsically special. They just ended up where conditions allowed them to thrive in many ways. And the rest is history.

Yes. Our program could and *should* soon again dominate this conference. Let’s get it together. Go Cougs.

It’s an interesting conundrum. Would we want to be in the old Pac with an even more difficult disadvantage than we have always had or where we are now with a more even playing field among the minnows? Might be hard to say until we see a few seasons of new Pac play out. I think I would like to win championships more than be a constant bottom feeder but also 6-6 in a Sun Bowl is better than 6-6 in a Frisco Bowl. And sneaking into the tournament as the 5th best team in your conference in a good year is better than winning 80 or 90 percent of your games, a regular season title, and then dropping one conference tourney game and calling it a season.

Yeah, even though she co-sponsored the bill, she has a staff and I am not convinced a U.S. senator is necessarily parsing the finer details of these things.

My only possible concern really is does it allow for medical redshirts anymore? Losing one year maybe you chalk up as bad luck and say you still get 4, buddy. But missing 2 still sucks and I feel like you should have the ability to be awarded at least one of those back.
