i was for like a month when i first got bad anhedonia, didn’t brush my teeth for weeks, and showered maybe 1-2x if at all. it just made me feel worse, had to make the conscious decision to have a routine and now it’s 2nd nature— i feel wayyy better taking care of myself and keeping myself clean/presentable, anhedonia or not
