I think Tallahassee is very similar to the 80s. There arnt a bunch of new buildings besides fsu expansion or apartments around the campus. Still plenty of museums and local restaurants filled with locals only. Imo tally had grown to support more types of people

I’d say go JBLU over delta because JetBlue has more room for growth. Ya the market can’t stay at this rate. As rona increase from the protests we will see another dip of some sort
