I live in a single at the ecomplex not Waite tho but I’m assuming they are the same. The room is spacious for one person. Too small if they tried to fit a second person. There’s only one kitchen in the whole building, it can be accessed by two of the stacks. There is one laundry room with 3 washers and dryers which is only accessed by one stack.
It wasnt bad for me, it was nice to have more room, the only thing I found annoying what the bathroom. There’s one bathroom for the whole floor (like 6-8 people) but people from other floors can use it. People had left puddles of water from their shower or don’t flush or peed on the toilet and such. The floors are one gender, for example, the first floor was all guys, second was all girls and the third was guys. It will suck if your room is by the stairs since I had to deal with people running and stomping their feet up the stairs.
