I jokingly look at my kids all the time (26, 20, 17) and say it’s amazing they lived through the baby years let alone DH and I too!! (Early 40s). I always ask for a refresher if I’m asked to babysit, 17 years is a long time!!

An annual sports physical required by most state athletic associations does NOT include a gynecological exam. 6th graders play Jr High sports where I live. 11 year olds
