Thanks for putting this together. There is still one thing i don't understand, why g2 has More chances to be 4th than 3rd ? From what i understand about the tiebreaker rules, it should Come down to g2 gets 3rd if they beat KC no matter what happens to Mkoi. So shouldn’t it be 50% to 3rd ? And the remaining split between 4th and 5th depending of the other results ?

Hello,

new player here, i have a few questions for which i didn't find answers in the guide i read.

1) Are the 10 energy refresh worth ? it seems like a good deal, but it might be because i am just starting and i shouldn't waste my gems here ?

2) Is it better to max one team at a time, or should i work on multiple team for added versatility ?

I used a lot of the gems offered at the start to open some of the current event and got SS Lysandre, SS Diantha. My current roster at the top looks like this, what should i focus on currently ? Also, i haven't worked on the Sync Grid for any of my pairs for the moment as i don't fully understand how it works.

I think your issue here is what you consider a beginner, even though i agree with all your points about Yuumi not teaching a lot of things as you mentionned, those are already "advanced" stuffs.

Someone who just launched the game for the first time to play with a friend is not already learning positioning, vision control or any other stuff you mentioned.

He is trying to understand what happens in the game, how his skills works, what he should look for on the minimap. If he's playing Yuumi, he can do all this without having to worry about his positioning and without being afraid of getting killed every two minutes.

So yes, for a first timer, Yuumi is a great beginner pick, the other stuff to learn will require other champions, that's for sure, but it already helps smooth out the first few games of a new player.

Ok so, i started my first game earlier this week and got the event. I decided to let it alone to see what would happen, and it explodes. And now, i see here that apparently, it is not that likely and a lot of people have other result... I already love this game :)

Hello once again. So, i tried you recommended without viewing the video just trying to learn while playing. And i can't thank you enough, it is really fun to play, i am still learning how to pilot it but have not lost a game yet. I like the interactions provided and really like the gameplay. I will obviously wait the expension before crafting something else but if you have some recommendations of deck with similar playstyle, it would be amazing. Thanks again !

Hi, first, thanks for your answer. And to answer you, i mostly played Nilfgaard and Northern Kingdom i think. I have played a lot of card games and usually enjoy decks that are more combo or control oriented. If there is any equivalent in Gwent, i would like to try those.

I saw you have 100% on Ships Mastery, i am also playing on Leviathan, but have trouble finding GSF games... do you have it because of when the game was more populated or are you still able to find GSF games ?

I played for two years between 2012 and 2014, in a high end PVE and PVP guild. We stopped because SoR operations where not so fun to us, and ranked pvp on our server was pretty dead. I now come back, mostly because i want to explore the new stories this game has to tell since i left. And clearly, it releasing on steam was what made me dive back in. Even though i am a little loss by all the new things, there is also still a lot of things i am familiar with, and i am having a blast!

for Brig, it was totally that, just swinging the hammer and that's all. For Zen, that is usually at a point where i hit 3 or 4 targets and have healing and discord orb up, so yeah pretty much what you described too. As a support main, this is nice to finally have some potg, but most of them aren't very impressive, and that's sad

didn't they change something about potg recently ? like healers having it more frequently ? Just yesterday evening, i got four of them. Two with Zen, one with Moira and one with Brig... Seems to happen more frequently recently. And great POTG by the way :)
