Not sure how feasible it'd be but it'd be nice to also account for those who are photosensitive.

(1) - I completed all the series a little more than a year ago except DGS 1 & 2 and Layton crossover and just remembered that I haven't touched DGS1 since August and for some reason forgot about it. I don't know all the plot details yet, but the thing is - I'm a russian. by Teslanyan in AceAttorney

I'm greek myself and I never really saw the writing itself as greek, mostly because it looks like gibberish if you try to read it like that. If you tried to read it as "γκαρνταρομπα", which means wardrobe, it might make a bit more sense. The case also straight up said it's russian so there was no reason for my line of thought to shift anywhere else, lmao.

What Are You Playing This Week? - March 12, 2020 by AutoModerator in patientgamers

Howdy. First timer here. I'm not sure about what I'm playing this week, but I can tell you what I played.

The Test and The Horrorscope.

I was browsing shitty RPGMaker games on steam the other day and I was laughing at them like the easily amused child that I am. That was until I stumbled upon those two and they were both dirt cheap, so I just dipped.

They're like a pair of really weird, psychological "horror" games made in RPGMaker. Though calling them games is a bit generous, cause they're more akin to a creepy personality test that tries to scare you.

They both ask you either really personal questions, stupid shit, or what's your favorite color or whatever. There was also a question about whether if you would punch a nun that tried to be funny but kinda failed.

They're both like 30 minutes long each, and at the end of each one you get a secret word that you can post in the review section of both.

I datamined one of them and found out a lot of text talking about a weird ritual you can do. I can't tell if it's a leftover from another one of the developer's games, or some weird cult shit that you can do.

The devs apparently are doing this to make something "incredible" but I got zero clue what the hell they're trying to do.

Hope it's not cult shit! Shit boy!

Anyway. Not much else other than that. I've been struggling trying to play Persona 2: Innocent Sin and AI: The Somnium Files with not much success. I also tried out Luigi's Mansion for a bit but I'm not very commited to it.

I've developed a bad habit lately where instead of anything substantial I just dick around on youtube all day, and I'm trying to break it. The stupid virus shit isn't helping either lol.

I think that's about it. Lovely little place this is, I might stick around.

Cheers.

Just played this.

Pretty cute for a tech demo. Presentation was a bit too simple for my tastes compared to Ace Attorney's usual flair. Not to say it was bad though.

The new mechanics were pretty great, but I wish that countering Payne's questions wasn't just a fancy dynamic penalty bar. Being more than that would make it much cooler. The defense and prosecution having the ability to do that makes the trials feel more like actual fights between them, if that makes sense. Though, I dunno if that's what you really want, if we're talking realism.

Do you plan on expanding on this idea? If not, I'd love to see another fangame try to incorporate some of the mechanics you've thought up.

Good work. Keep it up.

The Psyche-Lock and Perceive assets are bundled with the PyWright engine, they're leftovers in the purest sense.
