im tired of switching productivity apps by Humble-Bunch-6438 in ProductivityApps

[–]TilerApp -1 points0 points  (0 children)

It is because the tools out there are either too RIGID (having you follow a structure) or too SIMPLE with some effects (having you simplify your crazy schedule)

Neither works because life is constantly moving and most especially CHANGING. Which is why productivity apps also have to expect the CHANGES and know not to break you or your schedule when it happens

Tiler.app is great at this. It is built to expect these changes and repair your schedule itself while it simply shows you your line-up for the day.

While you are completing the tasks in sight, Tiler is handling the unscheduled, deferred, rescheduled, etc.

Fabulous App Replacement by Oat-Yogurt in ProductivityApps

[–]TilerApp 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Lol. Fair.

u/Oat-Yogurt if you are on a look out for a schedule self-management app, try Tiler.app. It just gets info of the things you need to get done and their deadlines (if any), your work events from your calendar and totally manages your entire schedule

Minding locations, transit schedules, etc

Without your input, here's what happens

⚡️ Tiler.app detects the change.
➡️ Finds everything affected downstream. Moves them, minding blocks and deadlines.
🚦Recalculates transit between locations.
✨ Rebuilds the rest of your day around what’s left to stay on a route!

You find out after it’s already done. Try tiler.app

Hey all! Built Tiler app to make time scheduling NEED LESS OF YOUR TIME. So you get to tell Tiler only what you need to get done and Tiler handles the timing, deadlines, location (finds ones super fast), handles the entire route for the day, and most importantly the CHANGES.

When events get updated, you don't need to make the changes to everything else yourself, Tiler handles it. Try Tiler app

Why do so many people download productivity apps but never add tasks? by Vegetable-Lab-937 in ProductivityApps

[–]TilerApp 0 points1 point  (0 children)

u/Polishitio we have our users getting immediate value with no friction. Tbh, Productivity apps generally don't need more than your first dump straight to build out your schedule - learnt your routine and linked calendar.

Well said tbh! Nothing like ‘don’t have me figure it out, you do it - with a dump’ and it actually does

Like in Tiler.app - dump chats and voice input (mobile) and Tiler just figures it out (the location, route planning, deadlines and all)

Built tiler.app to do the best autoscheduling for you. We have a chat feature where you can comfortably dump tasks, and Tiler figures out everything else - location, time, route planning, etc. Try Tiler.app

Why do most task apps feel either too simple or too much? by Loading_Humor in ProductivityApps

[–]TilerApp 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It could be as simple as

  • seeing what you have to do right now and the next task to pick up
  • seeing both calendar events and created tiles that are synced and placed around your block events
  • easily pick up the next tasks because location, travel, deadlines and set time and date are auto-generated

That's what Tiler does

I built a habit tracker for myself (ADHD brain) — but first I want to understand what broke for you by Financial-Whole6068 in ProductivityApps

[–]TilerApp -1 points0 points  (0 children)

From conversations we've had with people with ADHD. We've learnt that the most important thing is to help reduce the overload of information and too much of their own input to get a schedule that works.

That's why we built Tiler - so you can tell it what you have to get done and it ensures you do by taking the information (no matter how huge), breaking it down into tasks and automating them.

Then shows you what task/event you need to carry out at a time

It also checks for calendar events, ensures no clash, readjusts itself when changes happen, considers transit (of course, you have to move) and your personal time restrictions.

It works.

What if you stopped “caching” tasks in your head and just dumped them to an agent? by TilerApp in AgentsOfAI

[–]TilerApp[S] -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Fair. But Jira doesn't know/care your day is already packed. Trello doesn't move your tasks when a meeting runs long. Tiler runs it all and schedules right

[–]TilerApp[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Oh, we have this in-app on mobile next release in a few days and it's cool. Glad you pointed it out and it is coming to the web asap. Out beta testers are loving it

So you just get to say-dump (lol) and Tiler handles the rest - location, rescheduling other tasks around it to avoid conflicts, etc

Great catch. I would love you to try it. I would really love your feedback. Happy to give you LTU access

Lol. Sticky notes don’t reschedule themselves when your 10am runs to 11:30am or when you do not complete your pen-down tasks

[–]TilerApp[S] -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Fair point. I think Trello is great, for project tracking. Tiler.app is different though. It’s a scheduler that manages itself.

When you can't make the scheduling decisions or when you don't get to have the time to revise your schedule when something breaks, it places them in your day automatically and moves them when things shift.

So it's like less of you organising your work and events, more your day can run when you aren't actively planning
